Adam has more than 5 years of engineering, product development and manufacturing experience in the biotechnology instrumentation industry, and is currently in the process of completing his MBA at Rotman Business School.

As the Engineering Manager at Axela Inc., Adam led an interdisciplinary team through the development cycle of the dotLab System, a novel proteomics research platform. Adam subsequently transferred production of the DotLab System to a world-class ISO 13485 certified contract-manufacturing outfit. In so doing, he learned about the intricacies of working in a regulated environment and acquired the skills and experience needed to bridge the gap between product development and large scale manufacturing.
