Ben has more than 10 years of progressive experience in planning and maintaining company Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certified), directing at multiple management levels and controlling Company Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems. (OSHAS18001, ISO14001). In 1997, Ben started from the ground up as a production technician and moved on to play leadership roles as Director of Quality for Palram Industries Inc. until 2007, and prior to that as Senior Manager of Palram Manufacturing in Israel.
At Kangaroo, Ben is Director of Manufacturing, responsible for KBT's manufacturing activities and Director of Quality responsible for Kangaroo Group's ISO 13485:2003 Quality Management System certification activities. Ben is also acting as a Project Manager for various projects.
