Carla joined Kangaroo Design in 2008, after having been on its client side for several years. Carla finds profound satisfaction in working with terrific people, learning new things and helping to merge Science and Business to bring successful products to fruition. She aspires to make the world a better, healthier, more beautiful place and has found a very like-minded team working towards this initiative at Kangaroo. Her background includes teaching Math and Science, as well as Strategy, Corporate Development, Product & Project Management, Supply Chain and Operations Management for a Biotech Company and Strategic Consulting, Project Management and Business Analysis for an IT Firm. Carla has a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from Trent University, a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University and a Masters, Business Administration from Ivey, UWO. She spends her spare moments training for, and racing triathlons with a preference for Ironman-distance events, and more recently chasing her young daughter.
