Over the past 8 years, Elad has been progressively involved in the development and growth of small businesses and large corporations both as a senior manager and as a consultant. Among his previous roles, Elad was a Strategic Development Consultant in a large financial institution and was the owner of few start-up businesses that focused on developing innovative solution in the food industry.
Elad is a Tel Aviv University alumnus, graduating with his degree in Economics in 2007. These days, he is completing his formal Canadian accounting designation and now joins Kangaroo as the head of the financial department.
As part of his activities, Elad is a volunteer with ACCESS, a Toronto based organization that helps entrepreneurs from low social economic backgrounds raising funds for their start-up businesses. An adventurer in spirit, Elad has spent months of his life travelling around the world and is an avid mountain bike racer.
